Community Admin - Marketing

We're looking for someone with a background in marketing to join us. Our team is great at building things, but we'll be the first to admit that creativity isn't our strong suit. We've got a few big projects coming up over the next year that really deserve a creative eye, and we want someone who can help us shape how they're presented to the community. On top of that, our social media presence could use a lot of love, and we'd like someone who's genuinely excited to help us get it right.

You'll work directly with the rest of the admin team. The admins keep the final say on the big calls, but your input will carry real weight in how QueUp presents itself to the world. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Play a key part in shaping the creative direction for upcoming projects, campaigns, and announcements
• Help manage and grow our social media presence across platforms, including writing and scheduling posts
• Collaborate with the admin team on ideas for promoting QueUp and bringing new people into the community
• Help out with general community support through our ticket system and Discord where needed

Requirements

• You must be 18 or older
• Some demonstrable experience in marketing, social media management, content creation, or a related field — this doesn't have to be a formal job, but you should be able to show us what you've made
• A QueUp account that's at least 6 months old
• A member of our Discord server
• Willing to sign an NDA
• Able to communicate comfortably in English

Additional Notes

• This is an unpaid volunteer position
• You'll be expected to attend the occasional team meeting
• Your first name will be publicly visible as part of the team
• We don't set strict weekly hours, but we do expect you to be reasonably active and reachable
